From Kundalini & Meditation to Qi Gong to acupuncture, Sat Nam Yoga is the only studio in Chicago offering a variety of high-quality services under one roof. It is a center for all to experience peace and develop a healthier, happier lifestyle.

With its diverse portfolio of classes, events, and healing sessions, Sat Nam Yoga needed a strong social strategy to complement it’s digital touch-points and create a cohesive brand experience. Through a new promotion strategy, community development, engaging creative, and data-driven insights, I work to increase Sat Nam Yoga’s awareness, brand engagement, and membership conversions.

Promotion Strategy

With a hearty schedule of classes and events, I created a strategic content calendar to optimize promotion to their target market’s purchase decisions. Through lead nurturing and regular content distribution, we aim to increase Sat Nam Yoga’s top-of-mind awareness and drive conversions.

Community Management

A yoga studio wouldn’t be anything without its people. I use community management to facilitate discussion, foster relationships, and build trust. This helps to alleviate some of the “imposter syndrome” that new or potential members may feel by positioning the brand in a approachable, human, and natural way. It leaves the impression that, “this is a studio I can come back to”.

Teacher & Healer Network

Sat Name Yoga is home to some of the most talented teachers and healers in Chicago. Make no mistake — these teachers and healers are what make the experience at Sat Nam Yoga, and our consumer surveys reiterate the same. To foster this network, and encourage engagement within the Sat Nam Community, I use social media to help promote these teachers and healers, and pair them with compatible clients.

Engaging Creative

Part of the mystery and “imposter syndrome” that comes along with visiting a yoga studio (especially for first-timers) is the unpredictability of the experience. To increase potential client confidence and highlight the magic (the true selling point) of these experiences, I use engaging creative and photography that make the audience feel like they’re really there. Whether it’s an action photo of someone playing the crystal bowls or describing the experience of doing Kundalini yoga, I use the five senses to immerse the audience in the Sat Nam experience.

Insights & Optimization

Many people contact Sat Nam Yoga or engage with their content but don’t convert. To increase KPIs, I use current consumer insights to position Sat Nam Yoga in a relevant way and optimize communication to drive conversions. Whether it’s tapping into anxiety alleviation, or a parent’s desire to just “get out of the house”, I ensure Sat Nam Yoga isn’t just telling people it’s the answer, but giving them a reason why it’s the answer.

Ominchannel Support

Between an app, an email newsletter, and several social media pages, Sat Nam Yoga has multiple consumer touch-points. I optimized their social media to connect the dots by driving app downloads and email newsletter sign-ups. Doing so helps direct new and potential clients to a regular cadence of communication (rather than relying on an organic algorithm) which increases their chance of converting. I also use social media to provide additional information and storytelling, which can’t always be captured in other mediums.
